The HR Clients Services team consists of a dedicated HR Business Partner and a HR Advisor embedded in QAAFI, to provide support to QAAFI Staff and Managers on a range of issues.

For our HR Business Partner, Emily, this includes:

  • Advice on complex policy and procedural matters
  • Coaching and support of Managers on employee relations matters
  • Organisational and leadership development
  • Recognition and reward processes
  • Supervision of the QAAFI HR Advisor
  • Workforce planning
  • Acting as the key contact for Institute Director and Deputy Director of Operations
  • Support Implementation of HR strategy
