QAAFI Student Abstract Competition
Share your research with fellow students and staff at QAAFI!
QAAFI Honours, Masters and PhD students are encouraged to enter the QAAFI annual research meeting student abstract competition, run by the QAAFI Student Association.
Winning presentations and people’s choice winners will be announced at the QAAFI Research Meeting Part 5 'Higher Degree Research (HDR) student led session, to be held 10am on Tuesday 1 December.

Your abstract may focus on any part of your research, past, present or a future proposal, but MUST not be previously published.
The abstract cannot exceed 300 words but can feature one figure and accompanying caption. Abstract submissions must be received by midnight Friday 20 November.
Finalists will be shortlisted by senior QAAFI researchers and notified on 26 November 2020. Shortlisted finalists will each present their research in a five-minute presentation at QRM Online 5 on 1 December. Your presentation can only use a maximum of three Powerpoint slides.

The overall best PhD presentation will be announced during QRM Online 5 on Tuesday 1 December 2020.
People’s choice awards will be decided during the zoom session via a poll, while the other prizes will be decided by the judging panel.
