International Women’s Day, brought to you by the UQU Women’s Collective, is an opportunity for UQ students and the wider community to celebrate the outstanding achievements of women. The event will feature a guest speaker from the One Woman Project, Beatrice Valek, who is a passionate advocate for intersectional women and law reform.

Come and engage in discussion with like-minded individuals who are committed to advancing gender equality, while enjoying drinks and light canapés.

Join us at the UQ Art Museum to celebrate the advancement of women’s rights and the women who made it possible.
