Felix Briner is a talented and innovative food technologist with a wealth of experience in beverage development and production, particularly fermented and distilled products. With a combined 7-years' experience in the food industry Felix has worked as a distiller and developed recipes and optimised processes for gins, vodkas, whiskeys, rums and liqueurs, as well as preparing and facilitating sensory experiments and instrumental analysis on a broad range of food and beverage types as a research technician at QAAFI. Felix is also highly skilled in procurement, production upscale, marketing, stock management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, costings, and profit analysis.
